The buildings in the center of the city are a mixture of ancient smaller houses and new stylish skyscrapers. A lot of people come here, you´ll see them walking by or shopping. Right next to the city is a nice park and the west end, which shows a completly different life compared to downtown. Here everything is quiet and peaceful.

Driving onto the ferry for the crossing to Bruny Island. It is effectively two islands joined by a narrow isthmus called the 'Neck' and is Tasmania's fourth largest island.

Endless beaches, surfers, relaxed atmosphere, cool people, thats how Byron Bay is to describe.
