Sedona Arizona - Flute Music at Tlaquepaque

Vibhas Kendzia performs hauntingly beautiful original melodies on his Native Flutes at "Rene" in internationally renowned Tlaquepaque (pronounced Tla-keh-pah-keh), Sedona Arizona's Arts & Crafts Village. Nestled beneath the shade of the sycamores on the banks of beautiful Oak Creek in Sedona, Tlaquepaque is the most distinctive shopping experience to be found in the Southwest. Authentically fashioned after a traditional Mexican village, Tlaquepaque, meaning the "best of everything," has been a Sedona landmark since the 1970's. Its vine covered stucco walls, cobble-stoned walkways and magnificent arched entryways give you the feeling that Tlaquepaque has been here for ever. This videos music is from Vibhas CD "Longing": "Snake Dance." Vibhas Kendzia plays Native American Flutes and East Indian Bamboo Flutes every Friday & Saturday from 6 to 9pm at "Rene" in Tlaquepaque, Sedona Arizona.

2004 trip to Ireland

Ireland 2004 In the year 2004 we first went to Scotland to meet with my cousins where were they had arranged a Tour Bus from Scotland to Donegal Ireland. The Bus went from Scotland to Belfast Ireland by ferry on which unfortunately I lost my camera in the men’s room, so I had to buy instamatic throw away camera the rest of the trip. We toured around the Donegal area seeing the towns of Silgo, Rossan Point Killbegs, the Fishing village of Killbegs, Dungloe, Bundoran, Rossnowlagh Church – Friary and of course Donegal. Then my cousin took the Tour Bus back to Scotland and we took a regular bus to Dublin staying in Dalkey where we hired a Tour of Glendalaugh Abbey and the 17th Century Manor house and Powerscourt Gardens Ireland. Music by The Chieftains ; Long Journey Home, Morning Dew and Redemption Song.

Ring of Kerry in County Kerry Ireland

Ring of Kerry After we left Dublin we drove west to the county of Kerry the roads were narrow through some of the towns. We lost the rent-a-cars side mirror, but lucky we had insurance. When we finally arrived in Waterville on the outer part of the Ring of Kerry we stayed at the Huntsman Club in a nice little apartment. The traffic on the ring was light do to the fact that it was the off season (October). Exploring the little towns on the ring by car and foot was a great deal of fun. You need at car to get around the Ring, but I think it is good to park it once in awhile and take a walk around and really see the country. Camera; Olympus C-60 Digital Camera for the slideshow Music Hills of Kerry, by Paddy Reilly Kerry dancers, by the Irish Tenors Paddy's Green Shamrock Shore, by Paddy Reilly

Boyle Family’s 1988 Canadian Vacation When our two boys were young in the year 1988 we took them up to see Canada. We traveled up the Northway to Montreal where we toured the old city with it’s Churches, Gardens and History. Then we drove to the old city of Quebec where we got a hotel right in the middle of things. While there saw a Archeological dig for the Pre-European village there before Quebec. After visiting Montreal and Quebec we drove up to Ottawa the Capital of Canada. We saw the changing of the Guard and visited the Canadian Air and Space Museum. Then traveled to Niagara Falls before we heading home again. Camera: Minolta 7000 MAXXUM Music: Ain’t she sweet by the Beatles
